Mike McAuliffe

Mike has extensive experience of leading and building semiconductor and technology businesses around the world from multiple startups to global public businesses. He is currently CEO and co-founder of 3E8 (Montreal) a silicon photonics connectivity and AI compute company. Before that, as CEO of Seeing Machines, Canberra (LON:SEE), he helped establish them as the market leader in DMS (Driver Monitoring Systems) processors & software for Automotive ADAS/AVs. Before that, as CEO, he led the life-cycle of Powervation (Cork), a DSP Power Processor startup, leading to its acquisition by Rohm Semiconductor. Earlier in his career, as an executive leader, he helped build Pulse Electronics from ground floor to $1B scale including leading extensive M&A in multiple countries and markets. He learned his earlier trade in semiconductor design and marketing at NXP (Netherlands) and Texas Instruments (France/US). He serves as a director and advisor to multiple semi/technology companies around the world. He holds a BEE from University College Cork (Ireland), MBA from Henley Business School (UK) and AMP from Harvard Business School.

John Walters

John brings a broad depth of experience across a number of disciplines and industries. He is the founder and Group CEO of leading IT and technology distribution company NEXTGEN Distribution, rapidly expanding the NEXTGEN Group through relationships, trust and integrity. John has a particular focus on leadership, culture and equality, innovation, change management and business transformation strategies, as well as coaching and mentoring, younger entrepreneurs and business principals. His experience in the IT industry spans more than 20 years in executive roles for IT distributors, while also consulting to IT vendors, distributors and resellers around growth, business transformation and customer-centric strategies.

As the CEO and founder of Elastic Digital, Cameron has led the company to being recognised as a market leader in channel marketing automation for a client base that includes some of the world’s largest B2B IT companies - Juniper, NetApp, Symantec, Oracle, and Atlassian. Cameron has over 20 years of business leadership experience in Asia-Pacific, America and Europe in SaaS based businesses, business strategy and business planning for multi-country operations. His expertise also extends across digital marketing through the channel, channel management processes and programs, sales management, forecasting, marketing and go-to-market strategy, with extensive industry expertise in B2B IT software and services.
